About

With a deep connection to jazz and blues guitar, Yuvi studied with the great Mark Whitfield, shaping his approach to sound and composition. He first made his mark with Coolooloosh, a band that creatively fused live hip-hop and funk, laying the groundwork for my diverse musical explorations. He has collaborated across genres with artists like Persian singer Maureen Nehedar, DJ and producer Peter Spacey, Grammy nominated producer Kosine , French soul singer Leslie Phillips, Miqedem band and many more. In 2017 founded the electronic duo, Sponj, who venture into ethnic and electronic soundscapes. Additionally, he’s contributed to Artlist's catalog and created unique loop packs for Loopmasters. His innovation in music tech is highlighted by GRIDI, the world's largest midi sequencer. In London's vibrant recording studios, he’s honed his craft and absorbed a spectrum of musical influences. Now, introducing his debut solo album, an eclectic mix of downtempo, trip hop, Middle Eastern beats, with soulful lyrics. It's a reflection of his musical journey. He’s focused on creating this album, exploring new sonic landscapes, and reaching as many ears as possible with his music.
